Photo of the Day: July 28

July 28
ISO 200, f/8, 1/30s, 55-200mm lens
This photo is brought to you today by Keira, my daughter.  She was trying to photograph the hummingbirds that have been visiting our feeder, then next thing I know, she's off walking around the yard snapping photos of anything and everything.  She shot everything in manual mode though, so you gotta hand it to her for her effort.  Not every one is perfectly exposed, like this one, for instance, that is slightly overexposed and not perfectly focused, but I still love it.  Perhaps it is the beautiful bokeh behind our sweet Honey?  Which, by the way, she was thrilled to have captured.  :)  I might have a budding photographer on my hands after all.

It looks like she inherited a bit of Mama's photo bug and talent! How cool that you can share your joy with her, and I too love this shot. She has a great eye.
